The idea of NEW Venture Philanthropy has been marinating for years in the hearts and minds of many associated with Significant Matters, Inc., the SaT Catalyst Fund, and more. It has matured and been further developed and tested through EquityVest, LLC and the School of Business and the Thompson Center for Integrity in Finance and Economics at Benedictine College. Specific contributors include Tom Bassford, Wayne McDaniel, and David Geenens, Associate Professor in the School of Business at Benedictine College and Director of the Thompson Center.
