Soulcial Kitchen, an entrepreneurial venture started through the 501(c)(3) enterprise, Soulcial Solutions, owns the only Department of Labor-approved Food Truck Apprenticeship Program in the U.S. Brigadier General (ret’d) John Michel and his wife, Holly, have built an amazing enterprise in Swansea, Illinois and have engaged the corridor east of the Mississippi River, from Alton to East St. Louis in an amazing community transforming experience; all starting with hospitality training, but often ending in owning their own food truck business.
